Vitamin K2 + D3

Vitamin K2 + D3 pairs 125 mcg of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (625% DV) with 100 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, plus 210 mg of calcium and 5 mg of BioPerine®. One veggie capsule per serving, 60 servings per bottle.

These two vitamins are paired for a specific physiological reason: vitamin D supports the body's normal absorption of calcium, and vitamin K2 is involved in directing calcium toward normal bone mineralization. Supplementing D at 5,000 IU without K2 is exactly the gap this formula closes.
