Who Am I and Why I Built This?
I’m Ryan Murphy—founder of PremierLabsUSA, longtime gym owner, certified nutritionist and personal trainer, and someone who’s spent years on the front lines helping real people chase real results. I’ve coached thousands of members through fat loss, muscle gain, performance goals, and lifestyle change, and I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: most people don’t fail because they’re lazy—they fail because their plan isn’t simple enough, their habits aren’t supported, and no one helps them identify what’s actually holding them back.
