I’m 57 and really trying to take my health more seriously. This product gives me a noticeable lift in everyday energy and motivation; I’m walking more, eating better, and just feel more like myself. My mood is better and I don’t hit that early-evening wall nearly as often. For anyone 50+ trying to get their spark back, this has been a great addition.
